Workshops & Yoga

Development becomes tangible when people move forward together.

Group formats combine inspiration, self-reflection, exchange and body awareness. Yoga complements this approach through breathing, mindful movement and relaxation.

Workshops & groups

A shared space for reflection and exchange.

Workshops make central themes from coaching accessible to several people at the same time. The atmosphere remains personal, compassionate and experiential.

Depending on the setting, I combine structured inspiration, guided awareness exercises, conversation, group processes and body-centered elements.

Possible themes

What a group can explore together.

01

Inner clarity

Become more aware of your own needs, values and next steps.

02

Communication & boundaries

Express yourself more clearly and represent your own position responsibly.

03

Self-worth & direction

Recognize your own resources and develop an inner stance that feels right.

04

Stress & inner tension

Notice strain earlier and respond to it more consciously.

Yoga & body awareness

Less striving. More awareness.

Yoga complements conversation by creating a conscious connection with the body, breath, relaxation and inner centeredness.

The practice is not performance-oriented. The focus is on presence, conscious movement, awareness of the breath and a kind approach to your own boundaries.

  • Body and breath awareness
  • Relaxation and inner stillness
  • Mindful movement and presence
  • Individual, small-group and event formats

Qualification context

Transparent and without an overstated title.

Several years of yoga training at Yoga Vidya from January 2018 to January 2021, totaling 723 hours of instruction, together with practical experience in yoga and guided sessions.

I passed the practical examination in January 2021. I did not take the final theoretical examination. For this reason, I do not describe myself as a certified or fully qualified yoga teacher.
